The Risenmega RMSC electric glass vacuum lifter is designed for glaziers, curtain-wall contractors, and glass fabricators who need to move large, heavy glass panels safely with a single operator. Because the vacuum pump and control system run on a maintenance-free onboard battery, the lifter needs no compressed-air source and no mains power connection during operation — plug in to recharge, then work anywhere on site.
An auto vacuum pressure supply system keeps the whole circuit at a constant, safe holding pressure throughout the lift, while a digital vacuum pressure switch and battery fuel gauge let the operator monitor suction and charge status at a glance. The frame is built from Q345 low-alloy structural steel (the Chinese-standard equivalent of 16Mn, comparable to European S355) for a rigid, long-service-life chassis. The lifting head rotates a full 360° and tilts 90°, so panels can be picked up flat and set vertically into a curtain wall frame — or turned sideways to pass through a standard door opening.
