How We Select Factory Partners
Not every factory in Shandong meets the standard we require for European export. Before we work with any manufacturer, we verify the following:
✅ Valid CE technical file and Declaration of Conformity for all exported product lines
✅ EN 280 / EN ISO compliance for applicable products
✅ Steel grade documentation — Q500D for premium lines, Q345 for standard lines — with mill certificates
✅ Production capacity consistent with quoted lead times
✅ Electrophoretic (e-coat) or equivalent corrosion protection process in use
✅ Experienced export team familiar with EU import requirements
✅ Track record of supplying European or Australian buyers
We visit our core factory partners regularly and conduct production audits on large or repeat orders. Factories that cannot consistently meet these criteria are not used for European market orders.
Pre-Shipment Inspection Process
Every order undergoes pre-shipment inspection at the factory or at our Qingdao consolidation warehouse before loading. Here is what we inspect and document:
📸 CE Nameplate & Marking We photograph the CE plate on every machine, confirming it matches the Declaration of Conformity on file.
📸 Structural Integrity Check Welds, frame joints, scissor arms, mast sections — visually inspected for defects before dispatch.
📸 Functional Test Every machine is powered on and tested for full range of motion, emergency stop, and control response before it leaves the factory.
📸 Hydraulic & Electrical Systems Hydraulic seals checked for leaks. Electrical connections and battery systems verified.
📸 Load Rating Plate & Safety Labels All safety labels checked to be in English (and local language where required).
📸 Packing Inspection Machines are inspected after packing for secure lashing, protection of painted surfaces, and correct labelling for customs.
