Container Consolidation for Machinery from China
Buying from Multiple Chinese Suppliers? Here's What That Really Costs You
There's a simpler way
💸 3× the Freight Bills
Each factory ships separately. You pay full container minimums for each order — even when none of them fills a container.
📄 3× the Paperwork
Separate commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates from every supplier. Your customs broker bills you for every file.
📞 3× the Communication
Three factories, three payment schedules, three production timelines to track — and if one delays, your whole shipment is held.
Send us your list of required machines —
model, quantity, and any configuration requirements. We'll source from our own stock and factory partners.
⏱ We respond within 24 hours with a sourcing plan.
We coordinate production or stock pickup from multiple factories, bring everything to our warehouse in Qingdao, and inspect each machine before loading.
📍 Single collection point — no chasing multiple factories.
All machines are loaded into one container. We prepare the full documentation package:
commercial invoice, packing list, CE certificates, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin — all in one file.
📋 One customs declaration. One freight bill.
We book freight on your preferred terms: FOB Qingdao / CIF destination port / DDP door delivery. You track one shipment, not three.
🚢 Average transit: 25–35 days to North Europe.

Can I mix machines from different categories in one container?
Yes. We regularly consolidate different machine types — for example, forklifts, scissor lifts, and vacuum lifters — into a single container from our Qingdao warehouse. Each machine is documented separately within the combined
export package.
What is the minimum order for container consolidation?
There is no fixed minimum. We work with orders that fill anything from a 20GP to a 40HQ container. For very small orders, we can advise whether LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping might be more cost-effective.
How long does consolidation take?
It depends on the production lead time of each machine. Typical timelines: stock items 7–15 days to warehouse; made-to-order items 20–35 days. We coordinate production schedules to minimise total waiting time.
Do all machines in the container get one CE certificate?
No — CE certification is per machine, not per container. Each eligible machine has its own CE certificate included in the documentation package.
Can you store machines in your warehouse if production times differ?
Yes. If one machine is ready earlier than another, we can hold it in our Qingdao warehouse at no additional charge for up to 30 days while awaiting the remaining items.
