A compressed-air suction lifter for insulating glass, tempered glass, curtain wall panels and solar PV glass. One operator, no external power supply, and an automatic pressure-holding valve that keeps the load secured if the air supply drops.

The Risenmega RMPVL Series is a pneumatic vacuum lifter that runs entirely on compressed air — no charging, no mains connection, no standing around waiting for a battery. It's built for insulating glass, tempered glass, glass curtain wall units, deep-processed glass, and solar photovoltaic glass, where a dropped or scratched panel is an expensive mistake.
One operator can lift, rotate the frame a full 360°, and tilt it up to 90° to move a panel from a horizontal rack straight into a vertical curtain-wall opening, without repositioning the whole machine. If the compressed-air supply is interrupted mid-lift, a one-way check valve automatically seals the vacuum circuit and the built-in pressure-holding reserve keeps the glass in place — giving the operator time to react instead of a sudden drop.
Three capacities cover most fabrication and installation jobs: the RMPVL30 (300kg), RMPVL40 (400kg) and RMPVL50 (500kg), each built on a Q345B steel frame with imported silicone suction pads and a three-layer sealing ring.
