Electric Floor Crane — 1, 1.5 & 2 Ton Fixed Base Models
Fully electric, battery-powered telescopic-boom floor cranes with a stationary (non-rotating) base — the lightest and most compact way to add mobile lifting to a workshop, warehouse, or loading area.
Need the boom to pivot without moving the crane? See our 180°/360° rotating base electric floor cranes.

Why Choose the Fixed Base Electric Floor Crane
With no slewing bearing or extended outrigger legs to carry, the fixed-base crane is the lightest, most compact, and most maneuverable model in the Risenmega electric floor crane range.
Fully Electric Power
An onboard 48V battery drives both crane travel and boom lift — no compressed air line, no manual hydraulic pumping, and no engine exhaust indoors.
3-Stage Telescopic Boom
Two hydraulic-powered boom sections plus one manually adjustable section extend total reach up to 3.3 meters for flexible load positioning.
Compact, Lightweight Footprint
Without a rotating base's slewing bearing and wide outrigger legs, this is the lightest and most space-efficient model in the range — easy to store and reposition in tighter areas.
Straight-Line Load Transfer
Ideal for moving loads directly from point A to point B — position the crane, lift, and travel, without needing to pivot the boom around a fixed spot.
Purpose-Sized Hydraulic Cylinders
Ø80mm lift / Ø50mm telescopic cylinders on the 1–1.5 ton models step up to a Ø100mm lift cylinder on the 2 ton model, matched to each crane's working load.
Smooth-Rolling Casters
Poly-on-steel caster wheels let a single operator reposition the crane around the shop floor without a tow vehicle or forklift.
Full Technical Specifications — Fixed Base Models
Compare all three fixed-base capacities side by side. All dimensions are for the crane in its standard shipping/operating configuration; consult the rated load chart on the boom for capacity at full extension.

How to Choose the Right Capacity
Choosing a Capacity
Match the crane's rated capacity to your heaviest regular load, then keep a safety margin — capacity is highest with the boom retracted and drops as it extends, so check the rated load chart at your working reach, not just the nameplate rating.
Reach at Full Extension
All three models use the same 3-stage telescopic boom design; the 2 ton model extends slightly further (3,300mm total) than the 1 and 1.5 ton models (3,160–3,200mm), giving a bit more working reach alongside its higher capacity.
Need to Pivot the Load?
The fixed base is the lightest and most portable option, but it can't rotate the boom in place. If your workflow needs the crane to load from more than one angle without repositioning, see our 180°/360° rotating base models instead.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can this crane rotate?
No — this is the fixed-base model, built for the lowest weight and the most compact footprint in the range. If you need the boom to pivot without moving the crane itself, see our 180° or 360° rotating base electric floor cranes.
Does the crane's lifting capacity change as the boom extends?
Yes. As with most telescopic jib cranes, rated capacity is highest with the boom fully retracted and decreases as it extends further out. Always check the rated load chart on the boom at your working extension before lifting.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Runtime depends on how often you're lifting versus traveling. Each crane in this range uses a 48V/32Ah battery pack sized for a full shift of intermittent workshop use; contact us with your expected duty cycle for a specific runtime estimate.
What's included with the crane?
Each unit ships with the crane body, telescopic boom, hook with safety latch, onboard 48V battery and charger, electric drive/lift motor, and a walk-behind control handle. Contact us to confirm the exact accessory package for your order.
Can this run on a different voltage, and do you ship internationally?
The standard configuration runs on its own onboard 48V DC battery system, so it isn't tied to local mains voltage. Risenmega ships worldwide — contact us for country-specific compliance documentation and freight quotes.
