Wheelchair Vertical Home Lift 1–18M
250KG Hydraulic Platform Lift, Built To Order

A self-supporting hydraulic lift that carries a wheelchair, mobility scooter, or caregiver-assisted passenger safely between levels — from a single 1-metre porch step to a full 18-metre, multi-storey shaft. Rated to 250 kg as standard, with every dimension, capacity, and finish below open to customization for your exact site.

Overview

One Lift Platform, Built For Any Rise From 1M To 18M

A code-compliant ramp needs roughly 300 mm of run for every 25 mm of rise — on a two-storey home, that's a ramp longer than most driveways. The Risenmega Wheelchair Vertical Home Lift solves the same problem inside a footprint as small as 1.2 m², using a self-supporting steel guide-rail mast that needs no separate machine room or overhead crane beam.

Because the mast, hydraulic power pack, and platform are engineered per project, the same product family covers a single-step porch lift as easily as an 18-metre shaft through a multi-storey home. Choose the travel height your site actually needs, a straight-through or adjacent-access door layout, and a cabin finish — from an open steel-mesh enclosure to a fully glazed viewing cabin.

Safety & Control

Six Systems That Keep Every Ride Predictable

01

External Call Station

A wall-mounted call box at each landing — or an optional wireless remote — summons the platform without anyone walking it back manually.

02

Emergency Stop Button

A dedicated stop switch on the control panel halts platform travel instantly at any point in the run.

03

Manual Emergency Lowering

If power is lost or a fault occurs, the hydraulic valve can be opened by hand (or the lead screw turned manually) to bring the platform down safely.

04

Safety Interlock System

Gate and door interlocks prevent the platform from moving until every access point is fully closed and confirmed.

05

Anti-Fall Cocking Plate

A mechanical cocking plate engages automatically as the platform rises, locking it in place if hydraulic pressure is ever lost.

06

Non-Slip Steel Platform Floor

Diamond-plate flooring gives sure footing for wheelchair casters and scooter wheels, even in wet or icy entryways.

Site Planning

Reference Clearances From A Recent Under-Stair Install

Every shaft is drawn to fit the site, but the CAD drawings below — from a completed installation beside an existing staircase — show the scale of space this lift actually needs: a shaft footprint under 1.5 m² and a compact overhead clearance rather than a full elevator shaft.

Wheelchair lift shaft footprint clearance diagram, 1000mm by 1430mm, beside a staircase
Shaft footprint required beside the stair: 1000 × 1430 mm (larger than the 1200×1000 mm platform itself, to allow for the mast and enclosure walls)
Wheelchair lift overhead landing head clearance diagram, 1640mm
Upper landing head clearance above the mast: ≈ 1640 mm

Floor-to-floor rise on this project: 2100 mm — the platform travel height is engineered to this exact rise

These figures come from one project's CAD layout and are shown as a reference, not a universal spec — a 1-metre porch lift and an 18-metre multi-storey lift will each have different pit, header, and footprint needs. Send us your staircase or shaft drawing and we'll confirm the exact requirements before you order.

Need a different load, a wider platform, or a travel height between the rows above (e.g. 7 m, 11 m, 14 m)? Nothing in this table is fixed — capacity, height, footprint, and finish are all reconfigured to match your project, in 0.1 m increments. Dimensions above are factory-reference values; final general arrangement drawings are issued after your site survey and confirmed before production.

Configuration

Built To Your Project, Not The Other Way Around

Nothing on this page is a fixed catalog spec. Risenmega engineers each lift around your floor plan, so every parameter below — starting with load and travel height — is a baseline we adjust to fit the real site, not a limit.

Load

250 kg standard across the 1–18 m range; higher rated loads engineered on request.

Height

Any stop from 1 m to 18 m — matched to your exact floor-to-floor rise.

Power

Single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V, frequency matched to your grid.

Cabin

Open steel mesh, powder-coated panel, or glazed viewing panels.

Control

Push-button station, key switch, or wireless remote control.

Access

Straight-through or adjacent-side door configuration.

Platform

1200×1000 mm standard; larger sizes available for scooters or an attendant.

Finish

Exterior color matched to your facade on request (RAL code).

What's Inside The Mast

Every lift is powered by a compact hydraulic power pack integrated into the base of the mast — no separate machine room required. Each unit ships with a visible pressure gauge, a dual solenoid valve block, a manual release valve for emergency lowering, and braided hydraulic hoses rated to SAE 100R2AT for long service life under repeated cycling.

  • CE documentation available for applicable models
  • Export documents prepared before shipment
  • Factory photo & video confirmation prior to loading
  • Steel guide-rail mast, self-supporting — no dedicated shaft required

FAQ

Common Questions

How much weight can this wheelchair home lift carry?

This series is rated to 250 kg (≈ 550 lb) in standard configuration — enough for a power wheelchair plus occupant. Because every unit is custom-built, higher rated loads are available whenever your project needs them; just tell us the required capacity when you request a quote.

Can I customize the load, height, or platform size?

Yes — every specification on this page is a starting point, not a fixed catalog option. Risenmega engineers each lift to the customer's floor plan, so load capacity, travel height, platform size, voltage, control type, and cabin finish are all configured to order.

What travel heights are available?

This range covers 1 to 18 metres of vertical travel — from a single porch step or threshold up to a full multi-storey shaft. Any intermediate stop height in between can be built to match your exact floor-to-floor rise.

What happens during a power outage?

The hydraulic valve can be released manually — or the lead screw turned by hand — to lower the platform to the ground floor safely without electrical power.

Does it need a separate machine room?

No. The hydraulic power pack is integrated into the base of the guide-rail mast, so no dedicated machine room is required. Pit and headroom needs are confirmed against your site drawing before production.

Is the lift certified for export?

CE documentation is available for applicable models, and export documents are prepared and provided before shipment.

How is it shipped and installed?

Units are crated at Qingdao port and shipped FOB, CIF, or DDP to your destination, with photo and video confirmation before loading. Our team supports remote installation guidance, and multiple orders can be consolidated into one container to reduce freight cost.
