Panel

Solar modules, composite cladding, insulated wall panels.

Steel

Flat sheet metal and coated steel plate up to load rating.

Build Quality

What's Inside the Frame

Every RM-LO unit — including the 200kg entry model — shares the same component sourcing standard across the series.

  • Q355 Structural Steel Frame

Higher-grade manganese steel than standard Q235 builds — better fatigue resistance for units cycling loads through a full shift.

  • American THOMAS DC Vacuum Pump

Continuous-duty vacuum generation designed for repeated pick-and-place cycles, not just intermittent use.

  • Italian METALROTA Drive Wheels

Heavy-duty wheel hubs rated for repeated loaded travel across workshop floors and yard surfaces.

  • Swiss Bucher Hydraulic Pump Station

Paired with a maintenance-free battery pack — no acid top-ups, no scheduled cell servicing.

  • Fully Self-Contained Power

No compressed-air line and no external power outlet required — the whole lift/rotate/vacuum cycle runs off the onboard battery.

  • 360° Frame Rotation

Manual full-circle rotation of the pad frame for repositioning a panel without repositioning the whole chassis.

  • 90° Left / Right Tilt

Independent from rotation — tilts the pad frame 90° to each side (180° total range) to bring a vertical panel flat or upright.

  • 100mm Lateral Side-Shift

50mm left + 50mm right of automatic side-shift to fine-tune pad alignment without repositioning the whole unit.

Customization available: lifting method, load capacity, drive system, motor spec, plug type, paint color, voltage, charging time and hydraulic cylinder can all be adjusted for OEM or project-specific orders.

How It Moves

Six Motions, One Wireless Remote

The operating sequence below mirrors the actual control layout on the machine — from ground travel to final panel placement.

1

Lateral Side Shift — 100mm

Fine-align the pad frame left or right without moving the chassis.

Automatic
2

Main Boom Lifting / Lowering

Raises the load up to the 2750mm maximum lift height.

Automatic
3

Telescopic Boom Extend / Retract

Reaches the load out and pulls it back over the chassis for travel.

Automatic
4

Pad Frame Turn — Ceiling ↔ Ground

Swings the frame from a ground pick-up angle to an overhead-set angle.

Automatic
5

Pad Frame Rotation — 360°

Rotates the panel in place to match final orientation.

Manual · Electric Optional
6

Pad Frame Tilt — 90°+90°

Tilts the frame to bring a vertical sheet flat, or a flat sheet upright.

Manual · Electric Optional

A dual-joystick wireless remote controls boom extend/retract, boom up/down, frame tilt and side-shift — plus dedicated suction and air-release buttons, so one operator runs the entire cycle from a safe standing distance.

Vacuum Monitoring

The Suction Force Is Never a Guess

A Panasonic digital vacuum sensor reads suction pressure continuously and displays it in real time on the control panel — not just an indicator light, an actual kPa readout.

-12 kPaAdjustable Low
-54 kPaMinimum Safe Lift
-71 kPaAdjustable High

If suction drops below the -54 kPa safe-lift threshold, the panel is not liftable until pressure is restored — the operator sees this on the gauge before it becomes a dropped-load problem. The system also includes automatic start/stop suction with sensitive, stable response.

RM-LO Series — Compare All Five Capacities

The 200KG model (highlighted) uses a more compact walk-behind chassis — a narrower 620mm frame with 2750mm lift height — while the 300–600KG models share an 840mm-wide frame with 3700mm lift height.

Safety Systems

Four Built-In Safety Layers

Emergency Stop Button

Immediately halts all powered motion at the press of a single button.

Emergency Lowering System

Brings a raised load safely down to ground level if main power is interrupted.

AC Battery Protection

Guards the battery pack against overcharge and deep-discharge damage.

Cylinder Holding Valve

Locks the lift cylinder in position to prevent boom drift under a suspended load.

A vacuum pressure compensation system keeps the whole circuit at a stable, safe pressure during handling, and extends the emergency-handling window if power is lost mid-lift. An optional dual vacuum system — one circuit working, one on standby — is available for jobs where a backup line is required.

Before Every Lift

  • Confirm contact surfaces and vacuum pads are clean and free of debris
  • Position pads correctly on the load before engaging suction
  • Check the vacuum gauge reads above the -54 kPa minimum
  • Keep unauthorized personnel clear of the working radius

Never

  • Lift a load if the vacuum indicator shows inadequate suction
  • Use the lifter on cracked or structurally compromised glass
  • Touch the vacuum release controls while a load is suspended
  • Position a loaded or unloaded lifter directly over people
Upkeep

Inspection Schedule

A short routine keeps the vacuum pads and lifting system within factory tolerance.

Every LiftCheck pads for contaminants or visible damage before engaging.
Every 20–40 HoursInspect controls, structure, vacuum system and air filters.
Every 250–400 HoursFull periodic inspection of the electrical system and structural fasteners.
Every 2 YearsReplace vacuum pads, or sooner if sealing edges show wear or damage. Never use harsh chemicals or rubber conditioners on pads.

Frequently Asked

Common Questions About the 200KG Vacuum Lifter

What materials can the 200kg vacuum lift truck handle?
Glass sheet (including tempered and curtain-wall units), marble and granite stone slabs, composite and solar panels, and flat sheet steel — anything within the 200kg load rating and a surface the pads can seal against.
Does this machine need a compressed-air line or external power outlet?
No. The RM-LO series runs entirely on its onboard maintenance-free battery pack — lifting, rotation, side-shift and vacuum generation are all self-contained. You only need to recharge the battery between shifts.
What's the difference between the 200KG and 300KG models?
The 200KG unit runs on a more compact chassis — a 620mm-wide frame with 2750mm lift height and a single rear wheel — built for tighter aisles and lighter-duty cycles. The 300–600KG models share a wider 840mm frame with 3700mm lift height and step up in motor power, pad size and wheel diameter as capacity increases. See the full comparison table above.
How is suction force monitored during a lift?
A Panasonic digital vacuum gauge displays live kPa readings on the control panel. Suction is adjustable from -12 kPa to -71 kPa, with -54 kPa as the minimum required to safely lift a load — the operator can see pressure before committing to a lift.
Is the 200kg vacuum lifter suitable for outdoor or sloped use?
The chassis is rated for a 15% climbing gradient, which covers most loading ramps and uneven yard surfaces. For fully outdoor, all-weather deployments, let us know at quote stage so we can confirm the right tire and sealing configuration.
What's the typical lead time and shipping process?
Standard lead time is 25–45 days to port after deposit confirmation. Machines ship from Qingdao port on wooden crates with metal corner plates for corrosion protection; we send photos and video for your confirmation before loading.
