Description

Custom-Engineered Vacuum Lifter

1200kg Vacuum Lifter, Built to Your Load

1200kg sits above Risenmega's standard RMLO shelf range (RMLO30–RMLO80, 300–800kg). There's no off-the-shelf spec sheet at this capacity — instead, we engineer the frame, motor sizing, and battery pack around your actual sheet size, weight, and site conditions, using the same core componentry the whole RMLO family is built on.

Why This Is Custom

1200kg is beyond our confirmed shelf range

Our RMLO series covers 300–800kg as confirmed, catalog configurations. 1200kg is a bigger step up than any jump within that range — at that capacity, frame strength, motor sizing, and battery capacity need a proper engineering pass rather than simply scaling up the numbers from our largest shelf model (RMLO80, 800kg). That's a safety decision as much as a performance one.

What We Build From

The engineering building blocks, carried across the whole family

These components and design principles are constant across Risenmega's confirmed 300–800kg range, and are the starting point for a 1200kg configuration too — the sizing changes, the underlying approach doesn't.

Q355 Manganese-Steel Frame

Higher-strength structural steel as the base for every RMLO-family chassis, sized up as needed for the target load.

THOMAS DC Vacuum Pump (USA)

The same vacuum pump brand used across the range; pump sizing and circuit count (single or dual) are set per configuration.

METALROTA Drive Wheels (Italy)

Heavy-duty driving wheels; size and quantity scale with chassis width and load.

Bucher Hydraulics (Switzerland)

Hydraulic pump station for lift/lower and boom functions, sized to the required lift height and load.

Maintenance-Free Battery

Same battery type used across the family; voltage and Ah capacity are calculated for the final motor and duty-cycle spec.

Manual 360° Rotation / 90° Turning

The same manual pad rotation and side-turning approach used on the confirmed models, unless your application calls for powered rotation.

Safety

Built-in safety systems, standard across the range

Emergency Stop Button — immediately halts all lifter functions
Emergency Lowering System — brings a suspended load down safely on power loss
AC Battery Protection — guards against overcharge and fault conditions
Cylinder Holding Valve — locks the lift cylinder, prevents drift under load

How It Works

From your load to a confirmed spec and quote

1

Tell us your load

Weight, material, sheet/slab dimensions, and how often you'll be lifting at the top of that range.

2

Tell us your site

Aisle widths, ramps or gradients, indoor/outdoor use, and power access.

3

Engineering review

We size the frame, motors, battery, and lift height for your specific numbers — not a generic 1200kg guess.

4

Confirmed spec & quote

You get a real spec sheet and a fixed price before anything is built.

Get Started

What to include when you reach out

The faster we get accurate answers to these, the faster we can turn around a real spec and quote — no back-and-forth guessing.

1
Heaviest regular load weightNot just "1200kg" — is that a hard ceiling, or a margin above a typical ~1000kg load?
2
Material & sheet/slab sizeGlass, stone, panel, or steel — plus the largest dimensions you need to handle.
3
Required lift height & reachHow high, and how far the boom needs to extend from the base.
4
Site conditionsAisle widths, doorway clearances, ramps/gradients, indoor or outdoor use.
5
Power & operation preferenceWalk-behind vs. ride-on, and any preference on single vs. dual (backup) vacuum circuit.

FAQ

Common questions about a 1200kg custom build

Is there a standard 1200kg model I can just order?

No. Our confirmed shelf range runs from RMLO30 (300kg) to RMLO80 (800kg). 1200kg is above that range and is engineered per order rather than picked from a catalog.

What's confirmed vs. what's engineered for my specific order?

Confirmed: the core components (Q355 steel frame, THOMAS vacuum pump, METALROTA drive wheels, Bucher hydraulics, maintenance-free battery type), the manual 360° rotation / 90° turning approach, and the four standard safety systems. Engineered per order: chassis dimensions, motor sizing, battery capacity, lift height, and wheel/pad configuration — all sized to your actual load and site.

Why not just scale up the RMLO80 spec?

1200kg is a bigger jump than any step within our confirmed range. Undersizing the frame, motor, or battery at that capacity is a safety risk, not just a performance shortfall — so we run a real engineering review instead of extrapolating.

How long does a custom quote take?

It depends on how complete your load and site information is — the checklist above is exactly what we need to turn around a real spec and price without back-and-forth. Contact us and we'll let you know a timeline for your specific case.

Do you build above 1200kg too?

Get in touch with your target capacity and application — this custom engineering process applies to any load above our confirmed RMLO80 (800kg) shelf range, not just 1200kg specifically.

Ready to scope your 1200kg lift?

Send us your load, material, and site details and we'll turn them into a real engineered spec and a fixed quote — no guessing, no generic numbers.
