Electric Vacuum Lifter — RMLO80
800kg Electric Vacuum Lifter for Glass, Stone, Panel & Steel
The RMLO80 is Risenmega's largest walk-behind vacuum lifter — rated to 800kg with rear-wheel drive for a tight turning radius even at full load, and a dual vacuum circuit built in as standard equipment. Battery powered end to end, with reach up to 5,000mm.
Confirmed against a live digital readout before load-off — with a standby circuit ready if the primary line is ever interrupted mid-lift.
Overview
The top of the RMLO range, built for heavier daily loads
The RMLO80 steps up from the compact 840mm RMLO50/60 chassis to a wider 1,070mm platform with a four-wheel front axle and rear-wheel drive, so it stays stable at full 800kg capacity and extended boom reach while remaining easy to maneuver in tight aisles. It shares its 24V/1500W drive motor and 24V/2200W lift motor with the rest of the line — the extra capacity comes from a reinforced frame, not a heavier drivetrain to maintain.
800kg, Panasonic-Verified
A digital gauge confirms hold pressure before every lift; suction adjusts from −12 to −71kPa.
Rear-Wheel Drive
A tight turning radius even at full load, through the same aisles as smaller lifters.
Dual Vacuum, Standard
Live circuit plus pressure-compensated standby — an option on smaller RMLO models, standard here.
Self-Contained
A maintenance-free 24V/150Ah pack runs pump, lift and drive — no compressor, no outlet.

FAQ
Common questions about the RMLO80
What is the load capacity of the RMLO80?
The RMLO80 is rated to lift 800kg (1,764 lb) of glass, stone, panel, or steel, with a max lift height of 4,500mm or 5,000mm depending on configuration, and 360° rotation.
How is the RMLO80 different from the RMLO50 and RMLO60?
The RMLO80 uses a wider 1,070mm chassis with a four-wheel front axle and rear-wheel drive, rated to 800kg with up to 5,000mm of reach — versus the compact 840mm frame shared by the 500kg and 600kg models.
Does the RMLO80 need an air compressor or external power?
No. A maintenance-free 2×12V/150Ah battery pack powers the vacuum pump, lift motor, and drive system — no shop air line, generator, or power cable needed.
Does the RMLO80 have a backup vacuum system?
Yes. Unlike the RMLO50/60, where dual vacuum backup is optional, the RMLO80 ships with a standard live + standby circuit with pressure compensation, so holding pressure stays steady even after a power interruption.
What vacuum pressure does it need to operate safely?
A minimum of −54kPa is required before lifting. Suction is adjustable from −12kPa to −71kPa via the remote, with a Panasonic digital gauge showing live pressure.
Which RMLO model is right for my job?
