Description
RMGLT Glass Vacuum Lifter Trolley — Manual & Electric Suction Cup Glass Cart, 200–400 kg
A rotating, tilting glass transport trolley built for glaziers, curtain-wall installers, and glass workshops. Load, rotate up to 360°, and roll large glass panels through narrow doorways with one or two operators — no external air source or workshop power supply required.

Built to Move Glass Safely — With Fewer People, Less Risk
Handling a large glass pane traditionally needs four to six workers. The RMGLT trolley's vacuum pads, rotating head, and wheeled steel chassis let one or two people unload, rotate, and carry glass through tight site corridors — cutting labor and reducing breakage and injury risk.
360° Rotation
Every model rotates a full 360° so glass can be turned to line up with a doorway, van, or installation point without repositioning the trolley.
No External Power Needed
The RMGLT20 runs on a fully manual hand-pump vacuum system — no compressor, generator, or mains power required on site.
Multi-Layer Safety
Emergency stop, emergency lowering, battery protection, and a cylinder holding valve guard against sudden pressure or power loss.
Heavy-Duty Build
Manganese steel frame construction paired with an American THOMAS DC vacuum pump and Italian METALROTA driving wheels for daily job-site use.

Glass Vacuum Lifter Trolley — Common Questions
What is the maximum glass weight the RMGLT trolley can lift?
The RMGLT20 and RMGLT20N handle up to 200 kg per load, while the RMGLT40 handles up to 400 kg. Risenmega recommends working within the safe working load — 100 kg for the RMGLT20, 200 kg for the RMGLT40, and 100–200 kg for the RMGLT20N — for daily operation.
Do I need an air compressor or mains power to use it?
No. The RMGLT20 uses a fully manual hand-pump vacuum system. The RMGLT40 and RMGLT20N use an onboard rechargeable battery to power suction and release, so neither model needs an external air source or workshop power connection.
What's the difference between the RMGLT20, RMGLT40, and RMGLT20N?
The RMGLT20 is a compact, fully manual trolley for lighter panels with no side-turning. The RMGLT40 adds battery power, a larger 6-pad frame, and 90° left/right side-turning for heavier daily use. The RMGLT20N keeps the 200 kg capacity but adds a battery-powered dual-circuit vacuum system as a backup if the primary circuit loses pressure.
Can the trolley turn sideways to pass through narrow doorways?
The RMGLT40 side-turns 90° in both directions (left and right). The RMGLT20N side-turns 90° in a single direction. The RMGLT20 has a fixed frame and does not side-turn.
What safety systems are built in?
All three models include an emergency stop button, an emergency lowering system, battery/pressure protection, and a cylinder holding valve to keep glass secured if vacuum pressure or power is interrupted.
Is CE documentation available?
CE documentation is available for applicable models. Confirm the certification package you need with our sales team before placing your order.
How is the trolley shipped, and what's the payment process?
Orders ship from Qingdao port under FOB, CIF, or DDP door-to-door terms, crated in wood with protective metal plates against rust and corrosion. A 30% deposit confirms your order, with the balance due before shipment; PayPal and T/T bank transfer are both accepted.
