Line-Type Glass Vacuum Lifter — RMLSC Series
A battery-powered electric vacuum lifter for glass installation, curtain-wall glazing and glass processing lines. Rated 400–800 kg, with a Panasonic digital vacuum gauge and automatic backup vacuum for a safer lift every time.
RMLSC Series — Specifications
Three capacities, one design. Pad counts are sized so each pad carries an even 100 kg, keeping suction load consistent across the RMLSC range.

Built for glass, from the workshop to the front
The RMLSC line-type vacuum lifter is designed for two jobs that punish ordinary lifting gear: moving heavy glass sheets around a processing floor, and hanging glass safely off a crane 20 storeys up. Every RMLSC ships as a fully enclosed unit — pump, battery and controls sealed inside a manganese-steel housing — so it holds up to daily site use.
- Sealed enclosure protects the pump, battery and electronics from dust and glass debris on site.
- DC vacuum pump and maintenance-free battery — no compressed-air line or mains power required during use.
- Vacuum auto-supply system keeps the whole circuit at a constant, safe pressure throughout the lift.
- 12 V backup battery swaps in during a shift, so a low charge never stalls the project timeline.

How the RMLSC Lifts a Glass Panel
Attach to hoist
Connect the lifter's top hook to a bridge crane, gantry or cantilever crane rated above its working load.
Position the pads
Lower the frame flat onto the glass so every pad sits fully on the surface, clear of the edge.
Engage vacuum
Switch on the pump and read the Panasonic gauge to confirm pressure has reached a safe working value.
Rotate, tilt & move
Rotate up to 360° and tilt up to 90° to orient the pane, then transport it to the installation point.
Where the RMLSC Goes to Work
Lifts and orients façade glass on-site so it can be set straight into the frame without manual handling.
Pairs with a cantilever crane to carry panels up the building face during installation.
Moves sheet glass between cutting, tempering and edging stations on a bridge crane in the factory.
General-purpose lifting of glass, stone or panel material wherever a bridge crane is already in place.
Safety systems built into every RMLSC
If mains or battery power drops mid-lift, the power-cut pressure-keeping device holds the vacuum circuit and triggers an audible alarm, buying time to land the load safely. Pair this with the auto vacuum-supply system, which continuously tops up pressure during the lift, and the swappable 12 V backup battery, which lets crews keep working through a full shift without losing suction.
Common Questions
What size glass can the RMLSC lift?
Rated capacity runs from 400 kg (RMLSC40) up to 800 kg (RMLSC80), so the right model depends on the pane's weight and dimensions rather than a fixed size — as a rule of thumb, keep the load at or below 80% of the frame's rated capacity for margin.
Does it need a compressor or external power supply?
No. Each RMLSC runs on its own DC vacuum pump and maintenance-free battery, so it operates without a compressed-air line or a mains power connection on site — only the charger needs AC power, between jobs.
What happens if the power cuts out during a lift?
The power-cut pressure-keeping device seals the vacuum circuit and sounds an alarm, holding suction for a set period so the operator has time to lower the glass safely.
Which cranes is the RMLSC compatible with?
It's designed to work with bridge cranes for workshop and deep-processing tasks, and with cantilever cranes for on-site curtain wall glazing.
Can the frame rotate and tilt the glass in place?
Yes — the frame rotates a full 360° with a locking position every 90°, and tilts up to 90°, so a single panel can go from horizontal to vertical without re-rigging.
Need a specific RMLSC configuration?
Tell us your glass weight, pane size and crane type, and we'll confirm the right model and a delivery timeline.
