Description

Risenmega · CDD Series

Full Electric Walkie Pallet Stacker — Electric Drive, Electric Lift

Risenmega's full electric walkie pallet stacker pairs a 48V electric drive motor with a 48V electric lift motor, so the operator steers, travels, and raises the load without pushing a single kilogram by hand. Built as a compact walk-behind electric stacker for 700 kg, 1,000 kg, and 1,500 kg duty, it's engineered for warehouses, workshops, loading docks, and — thanks to its anti-slip-out middle wheel and chrome outriggers — for one of the toughest jobs a pallet stacker ever does: getting on and off a delivery truck safely.

CDD Series full electric walkie pallet stacker — walk-behind, dual electric drive & lift

Most "electric" stackers only power the mast — you still push the whole machine by hand. This one doesn't. Every CDD-series unit drives itself and lifts itself, cutting operator fatigue on repetitive loading runs and keeping the job to one person instead of two. It's the difference between a semi-electric stacker and a genuine full electric pallet stacker — and it shows up in every shift.

Built In, Standard

What Makes It a Full Electric Stacker

Eight engineering details that separate a walk-behind electric stacker built to run every day from one built to sit on a spec sheet.

01

Dual Brushless DC Motors

48V brushless drive and lift motors — no carbon brushes to replace, ever, and roughly 20% lower energy use than a brushed motor of the same output.

02

Widened Shock-Absorbing Casters

A wider wheel stance with built-in shock absorption keeps the chassis stable under load while tracking straight over rough dock and yard surfaces.

03

Articulating Middle Wheel

The floating middle-wheel design rolls smoothly across asphalt, concrete, ramps, and dock lips instead of hanging up on the transition.

04

Free-Lift Mast

Forks pick a pallet straight up off the ground with no change in overall vehicle height — it slides under low truck beds and containers with no clearance surprises.

05

Space-Saving Knock-Down Frame

The compact split-frame design ships flat-packed — up to 36 units fit into a single 20-foot container, cutting your landed cost per unit.

06

Forced Speed-Limit at Height

Travel speed automatically drops as the forks rise, protecting the load and the operator whenever the stacker is working near full lift.

07

Anti-Roll-Out Middle Wheel

A dedicated wheel-retention design keeps the stacker from sliding out of the truck bed while it's being loaded or unloaded — right where most transport accidents happen.

08

Chrome-Plated Outrigger Legs

Hard-chrome straddle legs resist corrosion and abrasion, staying smooth and rust-free long after painted legs would wear through.

Also standard: high-strength alloy-steel frame · lightweight chassis for easy single-operator handling · independent power-lower / gravity-lower control to stretch battery life between charges · full CE certification across the range.

Where It Works

Built for Low-Clearance, High-Frequency Lifting

With a fork lift range of 800–1,600 mm, this electric forklift stacker is sized for jobs where headroom and precision matter more than reaching the top of a rack.

  • Loading and unloading pallets on delivery trucks and vans
  • Warehouse and distribution-center dock work
  • Workshops, light manufacturing, and assembly lines
  • Retail backrooms and e-commerce fulfillment stations
  • Low-level shelving and staging areas
Purpose-Built Detail

Engineered to Get On and Off a Truck Safely

Loading a pallet stacker onto a delivery truck — and getting it back off again — is often the riskiest few minutes of its working day. The anti-roll-out middle wheel and chrome-plated outriggers on this walk-behind electric stacker are built specifically for that moment, keeping the chassis planted on the ramp instead of sliding out from under the operator.
