We Know What European Buyers Worry About
We've heard these concerns from buyers in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, France and the UK. Here's how we address each one.
Is the CE certification real and valid in my country?
✅ Our answer: Every CE-certified machine we supply comes with a full Declaration of Conformity signed by the manufacturer, CE marking on the machine, and technical documentation (test reports, risk assessments) — as required by EU Directive 2006/42/EC for machinery. We can provide the certificates before you place an order, so you can verify with your own compliance team or customs broker first.
What if the machine breaks down after it arrives?
✅ Our answer: All machines include a 12-month parts warranty. If a component fails, we ship replacement parts by express courier (DHL/FedEx) within 5–7 business days — typically faster and cheaper than waiting for a local service engineer. We also provide video-based technical support via WhatsApp for on-site troubleshooting.
I've seen Chinese machinery that looked good online but was poor quality when it arrived.
✅ Our answer: We offer pre-shipment inspection for every order — photos and video of each machine before loading, showing all key components, serial numbers, and CE plate. For larger orders, we also coordinate third-party inspection (SGS or BV) at factory. You see exactly what you're getting before it ships.
The price looks good but by the time I add freight, import duty and VAT, it may not be worth it.
✅ Our answer: We include a landed cost estimate in every quote: machine price + freight to your port + estimated import duty (EU import duty on most machinery: 0–2.7%). VAT is payable on import but fully recoverable for registered businesses. We've helped buyers calculate total cost of ownership many times — ask us to run the numbers for your country.
