Our car scissor lifts are engineered for speed, safety, and durability across quick service, tires, maintenance, and alignment bays. Built on high-strength alloy lifting arms and verified by 3D computer dynamic simulation, each lift delivers precise motion control and smooth full-load descent. The solid-steel X-frame is laser-cut for accuracy, shot-blasted, and finished with high-temperature powder coating for long-term corrosion resistance and dimensional stability.
A 6-cylinder hydraulic layout keeps platforms synchronized, while a dual hydraulic system combines hydraulic lock and mechanical triple-safety. Lowering is auto-unlocking to streamline daily operations. Critical hydraulic parts are CNC-machined at high speed for superior concentricity and finish; mirror-rolled tubes pair with imported seals and ball valves for long-life leak resistance. All rotating and guiding points use wear-resistant bearings and polymer sliders, and a 24V safety control circuit reduces electrical risk.
The range includes ultra-thin low-profile lifts, mid-rise split lifts, ultra-low and standard master-slave double scissor lifts, standard small scissor lifts, mobile small scissor lifts, and a car chassis road simulator. Options include removable drive-on ramps, extended platforms, and single-side stretching sub-scissor modules to handle long wheelbases and tight spaces.
